DB upgrade-script 5.16.3 missing

Hi all

Looks like the activiti.<db>.upgradestep.5162.to.5163.engine.sql is missing in the current 5.16.3-distro.

I created it by myself with the following content, and it seems to work:

<code>update ACT_GE_PROPERTY set VALUE_ = '5.16.3.0' where NAME_ = 'schema.version';

Hi Andreas,

You are right. For automatic updates the upgrade script is not necessary to update the engine version, because it will be done from Java logic. But for manual updates this script is necessary. We've added the sql script for the 5.16.3 to the future 5.16.4 version already, so in the 5.16.4 release it will be there.
