customize dashboard for group

Hi everyone, i'm new in using Alfresco..dont know if i'm posting this topic in the right place..

i saw how every single user can customize their own dashboard, by choosing the layout and all the components they want to see.
I would like to know if i can customize the dashboard for all the user of a group, so that all the users that belong to a specified group see the same stuff.
is this possible?

A way to force/lock such a prepared dashboard would also be a plus.

Yes, take a look at presets.xml in the share.war.

I have edit this previously and found it to be a bit hit and miss. Resulting in an unconfigured Share dashboard page if there is an error.

Are there any specific rules to watch out for when modifying the file.

Also is there any way to configure this via override like the alfresco extension files
