Custom Roles

In my need of more roles to put differents permissiones I check this wiki http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Custom_Permissions_in_Share, but it doesn´t work for me. I was wondering if there is another way, or if it is my problem not making it work properly.

I want to know if it is possible to create a write only role. I'm working on a project in which users would be able to write to a folder in the document library, but I do not want the users to see other documents in the document library folder. My reason for this is that I'm trying to see if I can use Alfresco for a project that in the past I have done with FileZilla FTP Server. In FileZilla FTP Server it is possible to give someone write only access, the user can upload files but cannot see other files in the directory.

gman: Yes it is possible, see how it is done at the end of this article:

Writers put their files in the Pending directory but can't see the content of this directory.
