Creating a 'shortcut' from one space to another

Hello,

Is there a way to create a sort of shortcut, or link, between spaces?

I have created a series of sub-spaces under my Company Home space, and some of them contain public documents that I would like to make available to Guest users, by adding a link to my public spaces directly under the Guest home space.

Of course I do not want to copy the spaces (the whole idea behind ECM is to avoid duplication of content….), I just want to create a reference in the Guest home that will "redirect" guest users to the folders - under Company Home - that contain public documentation.

Of course the same requirement may apply also to documents…

"Copy" the folders you want linked into the Clipboard, you can see the clipboard contents by clicking the little drop-down icon next to the Navigator text on the far left of the Sidebar and selecting Clipboard from the pop-up menu.

Then navigate to the Guest space, and click "Paste As Link" from the clipboard for the items.

Note that you must also give the Guest user permissions on the folders you want accessable by Guest!
