Create an static website with Alfresco Community 4.2.e

Hi All,

I waste almost my whole two days on it. I am new in Alfresco and I am trying to create a static website with content of Alfresco. I am using Alfresco 4.2.e community. I search a lot but no luck.

I  came across this document too http://docs.huihoo.com/alfresco/Alfresco-WCM-Eval-Guide-2.0.pdf but I think it is with Alfresco 3 only. Please please help me on this or direct me to right direction.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

That document describes functionality present in an old product you may hear referred to as the "AVM". Although the product is still present in the Community Edition download, it is not being maintained or actively developed. It may get removed from the Alfresco-maintained source code at some point. So I would definitely strongly recommend that you do not start a new project with it. See this blog post for more details:
