Hi: I'm use Create Form create a new Content Form, but when I use it in Create Web Content Wizard, the system always throw"system error: Child exists:test.shtml"(test.shtml is my new document). I try use different name but the results are same.

We've seen this in the past with the Preview release. For workaround, I recommend either (a) using a different filename or (b) rebuilding your backing store. This intermittant issue will be resolved for GA.
