creat new content VS chinese

when I operated "creat new content"select"template type"="pr form"

when creat web content wizard completed,

but I can't see chinese in
title and abstract(I wrote chinese in title and abstract).why?thank you!

forms have not yet been tested with multibyte content.  please file an issue in jira and we will address it for ga.
