Crash Alfresco Mobile on android

Hi,
Im using 4.2.e with latest Alfresco Mobile on android 4.2.2, i choose some of my documents as favorite to be able to always sync them with server and be able to  modify those file even when im offline.

Now when im offline and trying to modify any of my documents almost doc, docx and xlsx(using Polaris Office) alfresco app crashing!
ALfresco App open office app for me i modify the file when im trying yo return to alfresco alfresco crashs Randomly!! im was not able to find out why some times it crashes why sometime it not!

But when if i modified first file and alfresco not crashing its 100% sure that it will crash when im modified second document and return to alfresco.

On the other hand some times after a disconnection and reconnection when im trying to open files quick office telling me "an error occured on opening this file"

Is there anyway to fix this ? Any patch ? Am i using it in unsupposed conditions ?

Sorry you're having problems with those third party apps. To reproduce the same error Could you provide more information about :
+ Model of your Device
+ Version number of Polaris Office & Quick Office

Furthermore have you send a crash report from your device ?

Yes i send crash report from my device and i will retry to reproduce the crash and sending more reports.

Do you think this is a problem with third party apps ?

I need to investigate first and try to reproduce it.
If you plan to reproduce it and send the crash report, Could you enter a simple user message to identify yourself. Thanks.

Last question : Have you enable Data Protection ?

What do you mean with data protection ?
i will write "djnemo2" in crash report

Data Protection is an "Enterprise Feature" available if your Alfresco version is Enterprise.
The goal of this feature is to encrypt offline data.

If your Alfresco server is a community one, this feature is not available.

no im using Community Version 4.2.e

i send report twice + Now i when im click to open any of my Favorite documents Alfresco opening Polaris Office but office saing "An error occured while opening the document"

I opened an issue here https://issues.alfresco.com/jira/browse/MOBILE-2001 to follow the evolution.

This fix might be available on our next release 1.3.1

PS : Regarding to the second error message, the file might be corrupted. You can test to open it with a file explorer and goes to /sdcard/Android/data/org.alfresco.mobile.android.application/files/<nameofyouraccount>/Synchro

for that corrupted file error if i unfavorite the file and favorite it again then im able to open it!!
(Im trying to work more with alfresco mobile because i knwo many cases to crash alfresco mobile when its offline and will send reports with my nickname)

We're aiming to release this year before Christmas, but it may slip until early 2014 due to Christmas vacations throughout Engineering team.
