Could not create site

Something is seriously broken with the Alfresco cloud. Now we can't even create a new site, being given the error "Could not create the site at this time. Please try again later."

Is Alfresco Cloud really ready for public use? I think the beta tag should be re-applied to this service

I started using the free version of alfresco cloud a couple of weeks ago to see if it fits the needs of my business. I created a site for testing and shared it with some colleagues and was impressed. When trying to create a new site I keep getting the error message "Could not create the site at this time. Please try again later". Trying again later does not seem to solve the problem. I tried to delete the test site and still couldn't create a new one. The colleagues that joined my test site get the same problem. An other colleague joined the same free version of alfresco cloud with a new account and got the same problem too - he couldn't even create his first site.

I found a way to create sites even if the error message ("Could not create the site at this time. Please try again later") keeps refusing me from creating sites.

All the pages I tried to create apparently ended up in the trashcan. If I created a page, got the error message, then clicked "edit your profile" then clicked "trashcan" the site I tried to create is on top of the list "deleted documents and folders". If I marked the site I just tried to create and clicked "restore" the page is finally created!

Why can I not create new sites and why do they end up in the trashcan?

That works! Now I'm sure it's a glitch. I guess it'll do for now.
