Content Item Limitations

I was googling for "Content Item Limitations" but could not locate any information, I searched in this forum too but no-luck.
What I'm looking for is

1. How many (max Count) files can be uploaded
2. Folder/Sub-folder mac counts
3. File size limitations
4. Way to configure any/all of the above 3

Anything that will stops me from using this feature (here is an example "http://sharepointtalk.blogspot.com/2005/11/list-item-limits.html" just as an reference, with respect to Microsoft SharePoint)

There are no such limitations on number of metadata elements in Alfresco.   Same things with file size - it's only limited to the amount of storage you have, and you should be able to

I am sure if you push it (i.e. have hundreds of metadata elements) things will slow down at some point, but there are no fundamental limitations…
