Currently - the iCal feed outputs all date/time info in Zulu time - is there a way to change this so that it outputs properly for the timezone of the User?

More info on this question - we are trying to import the ICS into Outlook 2007 and the times for the events are completely off…

With no help from the forums at all - and much gnashing of teeth - I managed to find and update the appropriate .ftl
