We have two server running alfresco namely ServerA and ServerB. Both servers in the IP network. The serverA has users A1, A2 and A3. The serverB has users B1, B2, and B3. How to make a file located at serverA sharable to the userB3.
Something like this you could do 1) Create some folder on ServerB and assign permission only to user B3. 2)There is a replication services available in alfresco with the help of which you can transfer contents from serverA to serverB you can specify the target folder on serverB as well 3) If you define target folder as the folder on which only B3 has access you can achieve what you want.
