Configuration question about the index server

Is there any search engine, such as Solr, etc. bundled with the community edition? If yes, does it allow to schedule the indexing of the search engine to non-busy period?

Yes SOLR is in the community edition.      Indexing is always running, there is no "non-busy" period.
