Community vs. Enterprise Version: Bugfixes

Hi,

I was wondering about the bugfixes that go into
a) the Community Edition
b) the Enterprise Edition.

I understand that 1.4 Enterprise is still in beta, 1.4 Community was released in the end of October.

How - if at all - will the fixes that the Enterprise version contains in its final 1.4 release go into the Community Edition 1.4? Will there be a 1.4.1 Community Edition once the Enterprise version has been released or does the Community have to wait for 2.0 to get the fixes of the 1.4 Enterprise Edition?

Could somebody comment on that please?

There will not be another 1.4 community release unless a critical issue is found that requires fixing - and it will not contain other Enterprise bug fixes and improvements.

The Enterprise fixes will work their way into the HEAD SVN codebase over the 2.0 development timeline. The community will need to wait for 2.0 or build the code direct from HEAD as fixes are moved across.

It is our policy to fix any Critical or Blocker bugs in Community (which is when the final is released), but after that release all other Major or lesser bugs go into Enterprise to provide our paying customers with a solid and reliable platform.
