Comments Box Contents into Email Notification

Folks,

We are developing a Workflow dashlet in Share and in it when you edit a document you get a popup asking  you to select an approver from a list, pick a due date and fill in a comments box.

I wanted to know how I might be able to enter the contents of the comments box into an E-mail notification to the person I would have selected.

You need to store the comment contents in the workflow content model and then read the data in a later step when generating the mail.
