Cloud Syncing Issues

Hi,

We have been experiencing occasional issues when syncing from on-premise Alfresco to a cloud site.

Recently we've seen an issue where syncing a file will create an entry in the cloud site but the content will not be available. The message "This document has no content." is displayed.

We also experience an issue where the syncing seems to be successful but the cloud site will not actually update the file. The changes are not carried over and only the older version is available from the cloud site.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I know it has been a while since you created this post. Are you still seeing issues with sync? Did you open a case with support?
