Changes in th Email Temp. to display the real Alfresco serve

Howe to make Changes in the Email Template to display the real Alfresco server name in the email that is delivered to the user.

I would like to confirm how can i change the following URL
http://yourserver:8080/alfresco/navigate/browse/workspace/SpacesStore/bd1f4129-6392-11dd-8bdc-1dd22105e868

To

http://riagarwal:8080/alfresco/navigate/browse/workspace/SpacesStore/bd1f4129-6392-11dd-8bdc-1dd22105e868

Here riagarwal is name of my machine on which Alfresco is running.

I navigated to the following location( C:\alfresco\tomcat\webapps\alfresco\WEB-INF\classes\alfresco\templates\email)

Here exists two templates
1. invite_user_email.ftl
2. notify_user_email.ftl

and I made the changes in both the Email Template.. but still when i use the Insert template while inviting some user it is giving my "yourserver" instead of "riagarwal" in the email that is delivered to the user.

and when the user clicks on that link it gives "Page can not be displayed"


Please assist.
