Change emails notifications 4.0

Hi, I want to know how/where can I change those notifications?

Because I see Alfresco sends an email once a day but I want to change that, maybe twice a day— How can I do that?

I assume you are referring to the "Recent Activities" notification ? If so, then you can override the "activities.feed.notifier.repeatIntervalMins" property (ie. by adding/editing in "alfresco-global.properties"). The default is 1440 (mins) => every 24 hours. If you want emails to be sent every 12 hours then you can change this to 720 (mins).

Thank you thats exactly what I was asking… But tell me another thing how can I know all thats properties? 

Because I could not find documentation about that
