Can't change users email address

According to support, "The user will need to create themselves a new account with the new email address and then needs to transfer any files between the two accounts"

Support seem to forget that a new user account will also need to be added to every site individually, another task that should not be necessary.

Sorry to say this again, Alfresco Cloud is not feature complete and ready for use. I wish I knew of all these issues before moving across so many files.

I believe a case was recently filed in which an entire organization was changing its email domain. So they have this problem for every user in their company. Perhaps whatever is done to facilitate a solution in that case can be applied to yours.
