Can i use CMIS query on WCM web project?

Hi,

I want to implement a search based tool on top of WCM web projects using CMIS query option.

But what bothers me is that if WCM is CMIS compliant or is it viable technically?

Has anyone encountered such scenario where you need to search & get content from a web project(live store) and get it displayed using CMIS?

Also i could see following JIRA post saying WCM is not supported but nothing official i could find on web.

As I said on that ticket.   CMIS is not implemented for web projects.   However you can deploy the contents of a web project and use CMIS on the deployed content.   In short don't use an AVM live store if you want to use CMIS.
