bpmn20.xml file operations

Hello
How to convert bpmn20.xml-file to some mem collection, and reverse - collection to bpmn20.xml-file? Something like in eclipse designer file open/save operations.
I think, activiti-bpmn-converter-5.13-SNAPSHOT.jar, activiti-bpmn-model-5.12.jar can help, but i don't know how.

There is a method on the repositoryService that allows to get the BpmnModel for your process definition
