Boolean Search - AND

Hi,

I would like to know how to make a AND search.

For example, I would like to retrive all documents that contain both words

                    "vaction" and "summer"

If there were together I would search like it was a setence ( i.e: "vacation summer") but they're not. 

I tryied de + signal but it works like a "OR".

Could anyone help me with this?
