Hi,

We are planning to start upgrade our systems to alfresco. We have a lot of contents. I wonder (hopefully never get there Smiley Happy ) in case i have problems starting my alfresco, is there easy way to get to the contents in the file system? can I know what are the contents name and location? from what I saw in is saved in alf data with the node id (which will make it difficult to know what are the actual contents).

Thx in advance.

The information required to work out what the original files are that are stored in the alf_data structure is in the database tables. If you take a backup of your alfresco database at the same time as you backup your alf_data folder then you have all you need to recreate an alfresco instance if there are problems.

Thanks,

Kevin
