Hi Team,

We have installed Alfresco V 3.0 with mysql As background. We have integrated with LDAP.

Its working fine, i am able to auto login with the NT Crediential.

i am going to manage Alfresco. Alfresco is importing all the users from LDAP, but i dont want some users as they are no more with this company.

Can i delete the users in Alfreso. Will the alfresco again try to import users from LDAP. I dont want it to happen With out my knowledge.

Hope i am clear with my issue. Alfresco v 3.0 is simply great.

Await your esteemed reply.

Thanks,

It's not possible to delete externally imported users in Alfresco v3.0. I recommend upgrading to v3.2, where you will be able to delete the users in the admin console.

If you then alter your personQuery so that it doesn't return the users you want to exclude and set

synchronization.autoCreatePeopleOnLogin=false

then only the restricted set of users will be able to log in.

Thanks dward

Will update the Alfresco to V 3.2, Does this version have NTLM + SSO.

I very much interested in SSO so the users need not give user name and password.

Suggest me

Yes it does, and it's activated by a single flag

ntlm.authentication.sso.enabled=true

No need to mess around with web.xml, etc.
