Hi,
Im trying to implement SSO on Alfresco with CAS.
But im very few experimented in this matter and i dont know how to start …
First, someone had already succeed to do that ? Is it possible ? Is it possible to use an LDAP also ?
Then what is the best way with Java client, with Acegi ?
Each time i try to modify authentication on Alfresco i have problems…
I had test lot of things and im again at starting point !
I expect someone will be able to help me.
Thx in advance
best regards

hi, I think that one of the most interesting options is to integrate Alfresco with Acegi + CAS (SSO) and LDAP as repository. Then configure Alfresco to syncronize alfresco database with users and groups from your Ldap or active directory, by alfresco importing jobs.
I'm trying this configuration with alfresco 1.4, and we found a problem…
Tasks:
Importing = ok
CAS + LDAP Authentication = ok
But…. if you login with admin user everything goes ok, and you can enter alfresco and use it. But if you login with differents users from ldap (not admin), it doesn't work, and acegi error page is showed. We found that alfresco CAN'T find the user in his repository, and user not found exception is launched.
We are investigating the cause. If somebody knows about it, or has obtained good results and it work well, please let me know.
Thank you
