alfresco share in windows explorer

hi,
I use alfreco and when i work in the folders and files in the webbases solution everything works fine.
when i open it in my windows explorer and go to the file share i cán't open word or other office files.
i get the message that the file is in use.
i work with office 2007 .
hopefuly someone can help me.

Please let us know what is the exact error you are getting in user interface.
If any server log, please post it here.

Also - go to Windows Task Manager to see if the Office related process is running (that is Word or Excel or Powerpoint).
If so, kill it and try opening the file from your WebDAV. Also, just to be clean - you can also close all your MS files open.

Hopefully that should resolve!
