Alfresco Share automatic connection

Good Morning,
by an X application can open Alfresco Share passing user and password (so without making the login ) or being already logged in with a user and go directly to a folder of a site ?

You should configure external authentication in the authentication subsystem:

Note that it is very easy to open massive security holes to your Alfresco repository if you misuse this capability.
