I use webservice to create a content and assign a Chinese name for the content, but some strange characters appear when I retrieve the content properties after successful creation.
Hi, I am afraid it is nothing to do with database setting. I monitored the SOAP message and found the Chinese characters were chaotic in SOAP body already.
So, it is very possible that the webservice itself has some issue.
