advanced space wizard does not show the space templates

Greetings,

I have created an space template and stored it in the workspace Data Dictionary\Space Templates
I think that the template should be fine, because if I login with an admin user, I am able to create a space using my template from the "advanced space wizard". But my problem is that, if I try to do the same with a user that only has "Contributor" role assigned in a workspace, I get to to execute the advanced space wizard, and I reach the space combo box, the combo box remains empty, with the only option of "select a space".

As the admin user is able to choose the proper space template, and the contributor user does not, I suppose that this is a matter of permissions, but I do not get to see the proper space even granting Coordinator permissions to the contributor users, neither in the Data Dictionary nor in the workspace to put the new space in.

Does anybody know what could be happening?

Thank you very much

I have just seen a fact which may explain the problem partially.

I have navigated with the non admin user to the folder Space Templates, where my template is located, but the non admin user is not able to see the workspace of the template, even if I grant his group Coordinator role (of course, I am sure that the user is properly included in its group). In this situation, I suppose that I have a problem with the permissions of the workspace more than with the space tempates themselves

I have finally managed to see the cause. In order for a template to be accessed, it is necessary that the user who is going to use  it has at least read access on it. Hence, in order for a space template to be used, the intended users must have at least Consumer users on it

Are you seeing this on v3.0? I believe it was fixed on v3.2

Thanks,
Mike
