Advanced Search + Repository Files

Hi

I managed a way of hiding the Repository link in the share search (except for Admin), however in the advanced search these files appears.

How can i prevent this?

Only Admin can search files that are in the Repository. Normal users can search in a specific site or in all sites.

Hi, I had this same issue and was able to solve by logging into share as Admin and setting permissions for every folder in the repository to Admin only. For folders that I wanted users to see (or edit) I gave them the proper group permissions as well. when you set for no access the file is not searchable by user that is not in group.
