Acquiring ApplicationContext inside ListOfValuesConstraint

Can I use Java foundation API insite a ListOfValuesConstraint ?

I want to have a contraint that shows all system groups, but I can't acquiring the ApplicationContext inside ListOfValuesConstraint.
If I use something like:

ApplicationContext context =  ApplicationContextHelper.getApplicationContext();

I've an error (and now I know why).

How can I resolve it ?
