I just remove the GROUP EVERYONE from Company Home, and success. all user which it is not invited to Company home cannot access it.

But, I still cannot finding out how to make everyoen still can access the GuestHome Space.

everyuser, must have a space and i think they must can access to the space that they allow to access.

I think I have 2 secnario, but need all of you input.

1. implement a hide space, when the user is not allowed to access it.. i think alfresco dont have it.
2. remove group_everyone, but need a way to access the guest and his assigned space.

are those possible>

Hi,

To do this remove 'GROUP_EVERYONE' from the Company Home space, and add 'GROUP_EVERYONE' to the Guest Home space.

Hi

Guest is not included in the everyone group.
You explicitly need to assign permissions for guest.
This is to avoid accidentially exposing information.

You may choose not to allow users to have access to company home.
However, they must have access to their home space.
This is set up by default when the user is created from the UI, imported from LDAP, created by default, …

It sounds like you may want to assign read/consumer permissions for the group everyone on the guest space.

Deny is not exposed in the UI - and in any case the behaviour is "any allow allows" and not "any deny denies"

You should be able to do what you want with group membership which will soon be in the open world.

If you want to hide a space you can select that it does not inherit its permissions from its parent space. It starts with only the owner permissions. (Deny is available but not exposed in the UI)

Hi

It may be that you can not navigate to guest via company home, as you can not read company home.

If you search for the guest space you should have access.

Hi

You could allow access to company home and for each space you do not want to find set it not to inherit permissions from the parent space.
