The catalog is built as a zero-infrastructure website, hosted on GitHub and powered by static site generators and client-side search tools like Hugo and Fuse.js. This approach ensures simplicity, scalability, and cost-efficiency.

Submissions are made via a GitHub form, which automatically creates a pull request. While this requires a GitHub account, it ensures transparency and version control.
