3.3.2 (new installation) Share cant Log In.

on a Brand new Alfresco installation. when i log into Share using
u/n = admin
p/w = admin I get
"The remote server may be unavailable or your authentication details have not been recognized."
i can log into normal Alfresco without any trouble but i can't log into Share.
the Only change i made is the Port from 8080 to 14040.
