Over the past few months, Hyland has introduced several new solutions and product enhancements that help organizations work more intelligently with content, modernize core systems, and prepare for AI-driven automation – without disrupting the systems they rely on today. Together, these releases expand the Content Innovation Cloud and introduce industry solutions to make it easier to unlock insights, streamline processes, and deliver better customer and employee experiences.

Recent releases include:

• New industry-specific solutions that transform key processes and content enable organizations’ core business systems:
  • Hyland Agentic GL Coding helps organizations move beyond static automation by applying intelligence directly within real-world AP workflows. By using agent-driven capabilities, customers can accelerate decision-making, reduce manual effort, and apply AI in a controlled, human-in-the-loop way – turning insight into action where work actually happens.
  • Hyland for SAP S/4HANA embeds content management directly into SAP business processes, allowing users to work with documents in context, without switching systems. This integration helps organizations modernize SAP environments, improve efficiency, and maintain centralized governance and compliance across enterprise content.
  • Hyland for Workday Student extends content management into the student lifecycle, helping institutions manage critical documents within Workday Student workflows. The result is greater visibility, reduced administrative burden, and a more seamless experience for students, faculty and staff, while maintaining strong governance and security.

• Key updates to Hyland content management offerings that improve usability and performance:
  • Hyland Perceptive Content 26.1 marks a key milestone in modernizing the Perceptive Content experience,  delivering a fully unified Titan application with complete functional parity to legacy clients. With enhanced capture and indexing, usability and performance improvements, strengthened security, and new connections to the Content Innovation Cloud, this release helps organizations work more efficiently today while laying the foundation for scalable, AI‑enabled content services.
  • Hyland Nuxeo 26.1 offers the addition of MongoDB Atlas Search for native, streamlined search into Nuxeo, while NOS Connect restores instant, self-service trial environments that speed evaluation, reduce friction and help users ramp up more quickly
  • Hyland Alfresco 26.1 modernizes the platform foundation across content services, process services, and enterprise integrations, helping organizations scale with confidence and prepare for what’s next. This release strengthens search, provides faster and more accurate process design with integrated testing, and deeper Salesforce integration, all while enhancing reliability, security, and long‑term cloud readiness updates.

• Enhancements to offerings across the Content Innovation Cloud that continue to drive agentic automation, intelligent search and AI readiness:
  • The latest release of Hyland Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) introduces new usability, configurability, and accuracy enhancements that help organizations streamline document review and improve data quality. With more flexible validation controls, customizable review experiences, and built‑in operational dashboards, IDP enables teams to process documents more efficiently while giving solution builders greater control and insight across automated workflows.
  • Updates to Hyland Content Federation Service enables organizations to securely connect and reuse content across multiple repositories, without migration or consolidation. Now available across all of Hyland’s core repositories, this release allows customers to “meet content where it lives,” extending cloud‑native and AI‑powered Content Innovation Cloud solutions to on‑prem and cloud systems while honoring existing security, access controls, and compliance requirements.
  • Hyland Knowledge Enrichment turns unstructured enterprise content into AI‑ready data, while by preserving context, meaning, and document relationships. With improved control over enrichment quality, this release helps organizations reliably fuel AI systems and agents with clean, contextualized content aligned to real business needs.
  • Hyland Knowledge Discovery enables organizations to unlock trusted insights across multiple repositories using RAG and AI agents. This release enhances guardrail management and model lifecycle visibility, giving teams greater control, transparency, and confidence in AI‑generated results, so users can find, validate, and act on information safely and confidently.
• The latest release of Hyland PACSgear strengthens healthcare content interoperability and streamlines imaging workflows. New user experience enhancements – such as Single Sign-On (SSO), expanded language support, user-level job visibility for high‑volume imaging environments, and more flexible DICOM searches with wildcard support – make it easier to manage and move imaging and clinical content. The result: more secure, reliable access to information across systems, helping providers deliver better patient care.
