Studio label and Label cannot be same - is it a bug?

I am able to change the label using studio which will be shown in Platform .

I am not able to change the studio label . it show as saved but not actually saving.

I am in Layout Widget Editor and i use "Text"

When i change studio label of "Title" to something else it works.
