setting a regular expression for password

I'm looking for a way to add the following regular expression : "^(?=.*[A-Za-z])(?=.*\d)[A-Za-z\d]{8,}$"

for password validation and i can't find a way to do it, can you point me to the corresponding bundle or a link ?
