Nuxeo Customization: updating files on the server

Hi,

I customized the Nuxeo CMF interface locally running in Windows 7. Then I tried to update it to the Main server running in Ubuntu 8.01, but I got an error like

HTTP Status 404 - The requested resource () is not available. Apache Tomcat/6.0.20

The server was not updated. Could you please tell me the reason for this??
