After downloading both nuxeo-server-tomcat-2025.0.zip (NX-DISTRIB-721) and nuxeo-server-tomcat-2023.0.zip (NX-DISTRIB-701) which I understood to be LTS-00, without hotfixes, I still receive the prompt for registration

These images were both built using https://github.com/nuxeo/nuxeo/blob/2025/docker/nuxeo/Dockerfile, through skaffold. This was also replicated on the 2023 branch by bumping zuluJDK to 21 from 17 in the Dockerfile. Even when masking install-package.sh or adding --offline, this behaviour continues.
Is/ was it ever possible to run nuxeo platform without registration? The only references I could find were https://connect.hyland.com/t5/nuxeo-forum/is-registering-for-nuxeo-online-services-during-setup-now/... and https://connect.hyland.com/t5/nuxeo-forum/install-nuxeo-docker-image-unauthorized/m-p/485713

Prior to running skaffold, did you compile all the sources locally using Maven (and make sure to reset your maven local repo and not use your eventual nuxeo packages credentials)?

Thanks, after compiling from source I was able to get it running. All of the tomcat zips through studio are all flagged for registration through RuntimeComponent, I wish the documentation would've made it clearer instead of trying to chase down hotfixes
