Install CCextractor without docker

Hello ! I would like install CCextract as recommended. But my dedicated server is hosted by OVH, and as usual, the kernel is adapted by OVH. So it is impossible to install docker at this moment : related documentation. How may I install CCextract wituout docker ? Should I just copy the last zip from CCextract website ? I prefer not to change OVH's kernel Thanks !

Docker is just to build a .deb, it's not needed to run it. We have a version of the ccextractor-nuxeo package in the apt.nuxeo.org repo.
