Im trying to follow the staeps to install the docket image and have created API token in the Nuxeo but its says unauthorized. So I guess NUXEO needs to grant me access to the repository, but Support ticket doesnt exist and only oiption is to ask here as the only option. Is there an option to get it solved or able to reach technial team as other people have issue to reach technical team as well and only option is via this portal.

Assumption: you are a Hyland customer with an active Nuxeo contract. Follow these instructions for creating a support ticket:
If you are *not* a Hyland customer with a Nuxeo contract, you cannot access the private image.

Hard to say as I have registered for the trial option. And its says that I will be able to download Nuxeo platform but its not possible.
Only what I want to get is the Nuxeo community edition, not the paid one.

A trial account does not include access to the private Docker image, that's correct.
Please note: there is no Nuxeo "community edition". There is only one Nuxeo Server, no separate codebase.
Please follow the instructions here to access Nuxeo Server zip install (but you should heed the previous steps as well):
