How to upgrade nuxeo FT 5.7.3 to LTS 5.8

As read on Nuxeo.com, the last FT (for example 5.7.3, I just installed ...) becomes LTS (5.8) Can I upgrade my version and how ? Thank you

I find the solution. I had a custom config file (action-config.xml for disable dashboard for anonymous) which doesnt work in this version .
