Document Management / DAM and WCAG 2.0 Level AA

The University of California, my employer, recently adopted a policy that establishes WCAG 2.0 Level AA as the standard for University web content.

I have been asked to report on Nuxeo's Document Managment and DAM interfaces' accessibility to persons with disabilities. What standards does Nuxeo follow with regard to this issue?

We evaluated that an effort of 2-3 weeks is required for making the system pass a first level of compliance (bronze) against accessibility standards. Another path is to implement a minimal application using web-engine, based on some simple freemarker templates, or an angular.js app respecting a few rules.
