Is it possible to create a user and manage their groups and permissions programatically? Plese tell me step By Step , Because i have study Api but i dont know How to use it

Ya.. you have given me API , But i dont know how to use these Api For Building new Application, As i have already configure Nuxeo on eclipse.. Plese Give me step by step , How i use thes Apis
