Screen sharing and remote control access in Microsoft Teams |
|
|
Hyland has transitioned to Microsoft Teams as our preferred conferencing platform. As part of this change, we’ve observed that many customer organizations have restricted screen sharing and remote control permissions, leading to delays in troubleshooting and issue resolution. To help avoid these delays, we recommend all customers who work closely with Hyland — particularly those involved in building, configuring or troubleshooting systems — coordinate with their internal IS department to enable screen sharing and remote control access on a limited basis. For guidance on adjusting these settings, please reference Microsoft’s support documentation. |
