I try : Automation chain ConvertToPdf.
Automation chain->Conversion->Convert To Pdf works perfectly on Mac OS X without any configuration,
except installation of OpenOffice 3.
I got a problem with Nuxeo 5.6 installed on Centos 5.8 :

conversion to pdf doesn't work.
The message is:

org.nuxeo.ecm.platform.preview.api.PreviewException: Converter any2pdf is not available
