Assign Read permission to workflow participant automatically

Hi, i'm using Nuxeo 7.10 ,

i want to assign the Read permission to workflow paticipants automatically when they are choosed to participate on a Workflow. Can you tell how to do this ? The bundle / class / extension where i have to do my changes
