Here are the featured updates that we believe will have the greatest impact:

Software Downloads – Streamlined Cross-Product Listings
The Cross product section has been updated so that each download is now consolidated into a single listing with a version-specific dropdown selector. This makes it easier to navigate and find the exact version you need without sifting through multiple pages.

Support – File Uploads Now Available for Cases
You can now upload files directly to your technical support cases! This enhancement simplifies the process of sharing logs, screenshots, and other relevant files with our support team—streamlining communication and resolution time.

Support – Reported Defects Component Issue Resolved
We’ve fixed an issue where the Reported Defects component was not updating when users switched between different accounts. You’ll now see the correct defect information based on the account selected.

Software Downloads – Visibility Issue for Partners Resolved
Some partners were previously unable to view all products on the Software Downloads page. This issue has been resolved, ensuring complete visibility to all available product downloads.

Introducing Cai – Your AI-Powered Search Assistant
Meet Cai, your new AI-driven search companion! Cai helps you find information across Hyland resources faster and with more confidence—reducing time spent searching and increasing productivity.

We’re proud to introduce Hyland Assist, designed exclusively for partners. This AI-powered assistant provides conversational access to internal knowledge, product documentation, resolved support cases, and more—putting powerful support insights at your fingertips.

Global Navigation – Enhanced with Meganav Menus
We’ve upgraded the global navigation to feature a meganav menu for each item. This new design helps you access the content you’re looking for more quickly, with fewer clicks and improved organization.

Let say I want to download 23.5 alfresco and its related dependencies and tools

current download page is confusing. How I can navigate or I need to find each individual component manually and then download?

The Release Article for  Alfresco Content Services 23.5 provides download links and supporting information around integrations and add-ons.

Supported Platforms for ACS 23.5 Supported Platforms • Alfresco Content Services • Reader • Product Documentation provides the list of compatible individual components for this version.

Alfresco Install Options: Alfresco Docs - Install overview describes the different ways the product could be installed.
