Hello Hyland Community Ecosystem users! The team has been hard at work toward the end of 2025 and the beginning of 2026. We’re excited to share some of the latest enhancements, bug fixes, and new features with you.

New Features/Enhancements

Try.Hyland.com is moving to Community – Over the past couple of months, we’ve been building a new Try experience directly within Community to cut down on the number of sites you need to navigate. Learn more here.

Search v2 – After around eight months of development and feedback from you, we have officially replaced global search on Community with Search v2. Learn more here.

Delinquent Invoice Alerts – We’ve implemented new alerts in Community to better inform customers and partners of any delinquent escalations and help avoid support disruptions. Learn more here.

Cases – Back in December, Technical Support case statuses were updated to more clearly indicate the next steps of a case. Learn more here.

Bug Fixes

Authentication (2)

  • We identified an issue impacting users who had a Hyland ID but were no longer actively associated with a customer or partner account and were unable to successfully authenticate into Community. This issue has been resolved, and you can now authenticate as an authenticated public user.
  • If you previously clicked “Sign In” on a Community page and were redirected to the dashboard instead of back to your original page, we’ve fixed that. You will now be redirected back to the page you were viewing after signing in.
