Hello Hyland Community Ecosystem users! We’re excited to bring you the latest enhancements from our recent sprint! These updates are designed with you in mind—focused on improving your experience and making every interaction with our platform smoother and more intuitive.
Here are the featured updates that we believe will have the greatest impact:
Authentication Redirect Issue Resolved
Previously, users who were not authenticated and attempted to access a URL requiring authentication and verification were incorrectly shown an "Access Denied" page. This issue has been mostly resolved. Now, unauthenticated users are prompted to log in and, if they have the appropriate access, are redirected to the correct page. If they do not have access, they will still receive the "Access Denied" message.
Account Switching Bug Fixed
A bug affecting the account switching feature has been resolved. The issue occurred when multiple accounts had separate HSIs but identical names, which caused both accounts' radio buttons to appear selected. To fix this, we now prepend the HSI number to the account name and use it as a unique identifier when determining which radio button is selected.
New Support Dashboard Section
A new section has been added to the Support dashboard that displays reported defects associated with an organization’s account. This enhancement provides greater visibility into the status of reported defects.
